2015年1月5日，北京數盾信息科技有限公司與天津麒麟信息技術有限公司聯合成立天津麒麟安全加密通信聯合實驗室。
天津麒麟信息技術有限公司是由天津市濱海區軍民融合創新研究院、CEC等共同出資成立的基于操作系統研發的國有控股有限公司。與數盾科技成立聯合實驗室依托各自的技術特長，合作研發安全操作系統，并協力共同推向市場。相信通過合作，能夠更快的提升整體技術、降低運營成本、改善產品質量和開發序列等。
